  Closed-cell foam for diabetic insole constructions, pressure redistribution and soft foot-contact layers.

• PORON®

  High-performance shock-absorbing foam for targeted heel and forefoot cushioning pads.

• Ortholite® Foam

  Open-cell branded foam for breathable, moisture-managing comfort layers.

• ATPU — Nitrogen-Foamed TPU

  TPU foam produced using nitrogen foaming, available in sheet form for custom cushioning and support applications. Density, hardness, thickness and performance are confirmed by grade and sample.

• ETPU (Expanded Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

  Expanded thermoplastic polyurethane for custom cushioning insoles. Base polymer, density, hardness and rebound are reviewed by grade and sample for the intended construction.

• EVA Foam

  Lightweight cushioning with customizable density, hardness, thickness and color.

• PU Foam

  Durable cushioning for comfort, work and long-wear insole constructions.

• Memory Foam

  Slow-rebound foam for soft step-in comfort and pressure distribution.

• Natural Latex

  Resilient natural cushioning material for flexible comfort constructions.

• Glycerin Gel

  Soft gel formulation for heel, forefoot and other targeted cushioning zones.

• Silicone

  Soft, flexible material for cushioning pads and targeted comfort zones.

• TPU

• PA6 Nylon

  Engineering nylon for durable shells, heel cups and structural support components.

• Thermoplastic Stiffener

  Heat-moldable sheet for orthotics and footwear supports. Softens in 70–90°C hot water, faster at higher temperatures.

• Carbon Fiber

  Thin, lightweight composite options for rigid and performance support plates.

• Rubber Sheet

  Abrasion-resistant rubber sheet for durable outsoles, grip surfaces and long-wearing support components.

• Neoprene Foam

  Flexible laminated foam for braces, supports and close-fitting comfort components.

• Mesh Fabric

  Breathable, quick-drying textile for sport, comfort and everyday top covers.

• Lycra Fabric

  Smooth stretch fabric for flexible, close-fitting cover applications.

• SILVERYLOY Silver Particles

  SILVERYLOY branded silver-particle material for antibacterial applications. Related nonwoven sample tested against Candida albicans ATCC 10231: 99.91%–99.93% inhibition after 24 hours (GB 15979-2024, Appendix E.6.3; report 2026FM13307R01). Results apply only to the tested nonwoven sample and report conditions, not to the raw particles or all finished products.

• Copper Fiber Fabric

  Fabric blended with copper fibers for insole top covers and lining applications where antibacterial functionality is desired. Fiber composition and antibacterial performance are confirmed by material grade and test reports.

• Polyester Fabric

  Versatile cover textile with customizable texture, color and finishing.

• Cow Leather

  Premium natural surface material for dress, comfort and private-label collections.

• Sheep Wool

  Natural insulating fiber for warm, breathable and moisture-managing top covers in winter and comfort footwear.

Are you a shoe insole factory in China?

Dongguan Goldsea Insole Co., Ltd. is a shoe insole factory in Dongguan, China, supporting OEM/ODM projects from product development and sampling to bulk manufacturing. We also work on foot-care products, braces and body supports, and custom material products. Project-specific materials, tooling and production requirements are reviewed before quotation.

Can we start with a small pilot order before scaling production?

Potentially. For qualified product-development projects, Goldsea can evaluate a prototype or small pilot run before moving to repeatable volume production. Feasibility, materials, tooling, target cost and order quantities are reviewed individually, so a small pilot run may not be suitable for every product construction.
