Engineer Braces and Supports for Reliable Production

Goldsea supports development of soft braces and support products that combine foam, fabric, elastic components, fastening systems and formed parts. The goal is a clear construction that can be sampled, reviewed and produced consistently.

What We Evaluate During Support-Product Development

Support Structure

Coverage, reinforcement zones, opening positions, fastening direction and the relationship between support and movement.

Material & Construction

Foam, laminated fabric, elastic components, straps and molded parts are selected around the required construction.

Pattern, Sizing & Assembly

Patterns, size ranges, seams, bonding and assembly details are refined through samples before production approval.

A Six-Step OEM/ODM Development Process

  1. 01 — Product Requirement Review

We review the idea, drawing, sample, target use, dimensions, performance priorities and commercial requirements before recommending a development path.

  2. 02 — Design & Engineering Development

We evaluate structure, fit, thickness, assembly and manufacturability, then identify the decisions that need to be validated in a prototype.

  3. 03 — Material Selection & Engineering

Materials and layer combinations are selected around the required comfort, support, durability, weight, process compatibility and target cost.

  4. 04 — 3D Modeling & Prototype Validation

CAD models and physical prototypes help both teams review dimensions, construction and production feasibility before committing to tooling.

  5. 05 — Tooling Development & Sampling

After the structure is agreed, the project moves into mold or tooling development, production sampling and customer approval.

  6. 06 — Mass Production & Quality Control

The approved sample becomes the production reference for material checks, process control, assembly, packaging and shipment.
