Plastazote® & EVA Diabetic Insoles
These diabetic insoles combine a soft Plastazote® foot-contact layer with a supportive EVA base for sensitive-foot comfort, cushioning and stable everyday support. The smooth Plastazote® top layer provides a soft and protective contact surface for sensitive feet. The EVA base adds durability, dimensional stability and moderate structural support while maintaining sufficient flexibility for everyday footwear. A moderate arch contour provides supportive foot contact without creating an aggressive high-arch profile. The contoured heel cup helps cradle and stabilize the heel, improving rearfoot positioning and the overall fit of the insole inside the shoe. Unlike designs with separate heel or forefoot cushioning inserts, this model uses a continuous EVA base without dedicated localized cushioning zones. Its support and cushioning are distributed through the full-length layered construction. Standard adult sizing is available from US 5 to US 14. Children’s sizes are not currently available for this model but can be reviewed as a future custom development project. For OEM, ODM and private-label programs, the color, thickness, EVA density, dimensions, surface design, branding and packaging can be reviewed according to the customer’s product requirements. Samples can be developed for fit, cushioning and construction evaluation before mass production.
