Plastazote® & PU Foam Diabetic Insoles
These custom diabetic insoles are developed for sensitive-foot protection, everyday cushioning and OEM/ODM diabetic foot-care programs. The construction combines a soft Plastazote® top layer, a flexible PU foam body and targeted PU gel cushioning zones under the forefoot and heel. The smooth Plastazote® foot-contact layer provides a soft and protective surface for sensitive feet. The PU foam body supplies flexible cushioning and moderate structural support, while the PU gel zones are positioned under the heel and forefoot to help absorb impact and reduce pressure in key load-bearing areas. The contoured design provides moderate arch support without creating a high or aggressive arch profile, making it suitable for customers who require cushioning, gentle support and improved underfoot comfort. This model is not heat-moldable. Standard adult sizing is available from US 5 to US 14. If children’s sizes are required, we can promptly develop a dedicated kids’ version and extend the design across the required children’s size range. For OEM and Private Label projects, the materials, cushioning balance, thickness, dimensions, colors, surface design, branding and packaging can be reviewed according to the customer’s product requirements. Samples can be developed for fit, cushioning and construction evaluation before mass production.
