EU 39 Full-Foot Squishy Insole Technical-Plan Brief

Challenge
The incoming technical plan requests an EU 39 insole with an unmistakably very soft, plush, compressible “squishy” feel across the full foot, compressing under body weight and recovering when pressure is released.
Requirements & Questions
- Use the supplied dimensions as references and adapt final dimensions to a professional standard EU 39 last.
- Create an industrial 3D CAD model from the technical plan and provide the file or images for approval before mold manufacture.
- Keep the insole thin enough for most sneakers while retaining enough material for a clear heel-to-toe squishy effect.
- First prototype in one pink color; multiple adult/child sizes and colors are only future aims if that prototype is conclusive.
Materials & Structure
Selected in the brief: full-surface heel-to-toe squishy construction and pink for the first prototype. A reference toy defines the requested feel, but the exact foam/polymer chemistry, density, thickness profile, skin/cover, final CAD geometry and molding system remain open.
Requested Validation Gates
Requested gates are CAD creation, customer review of CAD file/images before tooling, one EU 39 mold/prototype, then assessment of fit, full-foot compression and shape recovery before any size range or quantity production. No completed CAD, tooling, prototype, test or iteration is proven.
Candidate Manufacturing Path
